Summary: Dr. Bruce Elliott will guide us on a fascinating journey through three major stages of transformation of Western Spirituality over the centuries from Medieval to Modern. Each entertaining interdisciplinary presentation will weave together art, philosophy and history, incorporating music and even period costumes to bring the past to life.

More Information: Dr. Bruce Elliott holds a Ph.D in History from UC Berkeley, where his research focused on social change in the Reformation era. Known for his engaging, witty and theatrical presentations, Dr. Elliott is the director of Horizon Studies in Berkeley, and teaches European History at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Dominican University, Sonoma State University, and Stanford Continuing Studies.
